Clarence Rambharat is a business lawyer, corporate governance professional, and newspaper columnist. He has a keen interest in crown and state corporations, code of conduct issues and business ethics. Clarence has taken his Caribbean trademark globally, lecturing, presenting and working with various companies and international organizations including BP, HSBC and the International Labour Organization. He is a member ofthe Law Society of BC, the Canadian BarAssociation and the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Clarence is also a member ofthe Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He is a Law graduate of the University of the West Indies and has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His public affairs article appears weekly in the Trinidad Express. In October 2012, Clarence joined the CPI faculty of experts and has worked with the Institute to develop our State Sector Corporate Governance Programme.
