The 4th CAPP Capacity Building Forum will be held on Sunday November 30th, 2014 between 2.00pm and 6.00pm at Hyatt Regency, Trinidad. The theme of this years forum is The Ethics of Public Resource Management. This engaging and interactive session facilitated by regional experts and chaired by Mr. Victor Hart, Chairman TTEITI will include the viewing of the film Stealing Africa : Why Poverty? The viewing will be followed by a case study discussion led by experts seeking the lessons learned from the Zambia Copper Mining experience for public resource contracting and management in the Caribbean with specific reference to the Oil and Gas Industry in Trinidad and Tobago.
